This applies to the DaxBot Discord Bot/Discord Application. The DaxBot website is not covered by the following Terms of Service.

1: By using DaxBot's commands or adding DaxBot to your Discord account's Authorized Apps, you accept this Terms of Service.

2: This Terms of Service may change, at any time, with or without notification.

3: Do not abuse the bot's commands, spam the bot's commands, or attempt to repeatedly crash the bot knowingly.

4: The DaxBot developers have the right to prevent servers or users from using DaxBot for any reason whatsoever.

5: Do not attempt to misuse DaxBot's commands for any illicit/fraudulent/illegal activity. Instances of this conduct may have your account blacklisted from the bot and/or  reported to Discord's Trust and Safety team, depending on misconduct. In cases where I (axdaxis) find that there is imminent danger to human life, I may report any associated logs to the proper authorities (United States).
